Our average fees for bringing and defending claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal are the following
Simple | £5,000 – £10,000 (excluding VAT) |
Medium | £10,000 – £20,000 (excluding VAT) |
Complex | £20,000 – £35,000 (excluding VAT) |
There will be additional costs for attending a Tribunal Hearing. In many cases, our fees will reflect the time spent in court. In addition, we appoint a barrister to represent you in court. We will discuss any estimates of costs with you.
Disbursements
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as barrister’s fees and Tribunal fees.
