Rahul Goel has over 24 years of professional experience in advising, assisting and representing clients on wide variety of legal, regulatory and policy issues. Rahul co-founded AnantLaw (a full-service law firm in India) in 2021 and is a consultant at TMA Legal.

Rahul advises and assists companies on complex legal and regulatory issues. He advises companies on cross-border transactions and investments especially in the Asian and European regions. Rahul advises on public policy and regulatory issues. He assists companies in understanding the regulatory and policy landscape which impacts the launch of future products of the company, and assists companies in structuring products/ policies in compliance with applicable laws/ regulations.

Rahul advises and represents clients in issues relating to protection of intellectual property and undertaking relevant filings before the authorities. He has assisted companies in drafting, negotiating and finalizing agreements relating to IP acquisition, license agreements including on FRAND terms.

He has recently advised clients on issues emerging from the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) solutions/ tools/ equipment – more specifically on agreements, liability, insurance, and consumer law related issues.
