Ugo is a dual qualified English solicitor and Italian Avvocato who deals with both commercial and private international matters. He has considerable expertise on jurisdictional issues and the enforcement of foreign judgments and regularly assists Italian clients in UK litigation matters. • Acted for a Gibraltar trust in connection with the arrest of a vessel anchored at the Port of Cagliari (Sardinia)
• Advised a UK tour operator in their expansion to the Italian market through the acquisition of various businesses
• Acted for an Italian textile manufacturer in a dispute concerning defective fibres
• Assisted a restaurant owner in all phases of his appeal to the First Tier Tax Tribunal against a ruling

• University of Essex – LL.M. in Information Technology, Media and E-Commerce.
• University of Sassari (Italy): Degree in Law
