Ugo Tanda is a bilingual dually qualified (avvocato and solicitor) lawyer

Ugo studied at the University of Sassari in Sardinia and following his honours degree he went on to complete an LLM in information technology, media and e-commerce in the UK.

On qualification Ugo worked for a well respected law firm in Rome, where he focussed mainly on commercial litigation.  He then moved to the UK and joined an international law firm in Hull as Head of the Italian department where he developed a following in the UK. After two years he moved on to a similar position in a London firm.

Ugo advises on corporate and commercial matters focusing on cross-border acquisitions, commercial agreements and corporate structuring. He also assists Italian and British entrepreneurs with their new business ventures in the UK, not only providing innovative legal advice but also brings the benefit of the strategic alliances TMA LLP has formed with accountants, commercial agents, bankers and many other professional service providers.

Ugo has successfully dealt with a number of prominent cases and has a justifiable reputation for delivering creative cross-border strategies.

He is a member of the International Division of Law Society, BILA (British Italian Law Association), and is actively involved in the Italian community in London, having lived in the UK for a number of years. He is frequently published in professional journals and lectures on his areas of expertise both in the UK and Italy.

In his spare time Ugo enjoys the theatre, art galleries and travelling. Other hobbies include photography and sport particularly swimming and tennis.
