Massimo Migliorini is a bilingual dually qualified (avvocato and solicitor) lawyer

Born and educated in the north of Italy he first qualified as an accountant before moving on to take a law degree.  He was admitted in 1998.

Massimo frequently deals with high value cross-border real estate transactions in Italy, including many properties around the lakes in northern Italy.  He has also dealt with complex inheritance matters between different jurisdictions in the European Union.  He frequently represents both English and Italian clients before the Italian courts and will be able to apply Higher Rights of Audience in the Italian courts before the end of the year.

Massimo's qualification as an accountant has proved to be an invaluable asset providing him with the knowledge and judgment to develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial position of his corporate and commercial clients and assisting him to draft contracts that best reflect the commercial needs of his clients.

Outside of his professional role, Massimo has a vested interest in cooking and technology. When time allows, Massimo also travels widely, with plans to see Scandinavia and parts of North Africa.
