As a highly client-focused firm TMA Legal believes that we can best serve our international clients by driving forward to develop both transatlantic and a wider European capacity.

We are therefore developing a network of similarly client-focused boutique law firms throughout Europe and the US that will offer a superior level of personalised service; thus ensuring that our international clients always have access to superb legal advice, regardless of jurisdiction, thereby giving them the edge in their personal and commercial dealings.

Our aim is to identify professionals whose reputation, standards and expertise are recognised as being outstanding in order to accomplish our objective.  To achieve this vision Ugo Tanda and Massimo Migliorini will draw on their personal connections where possible and where it is not possible we will establish personal connections with selected law firms and meticulously monitor them to ensure best practice before inclusion in our network.

We believe that in their international dealings our clients' best interests will be better served by our network of overseas law firms that are personally known to us, rather than selecting one of the many commercial international networks whose members merely pay a membership fee to be included.
