Francesca Rossi

Francesca obtained her law degree at the University of Padova, Italy. She then completed the CPE and LPC courses at the University of Westminster.

On qualifying Francesca joined the private client department of a London firm specialising in wills and probate and the resulting litigation matters which frequently arise. She moved on to another London firm where she assisted with both English and Italian probate and inheritance cases. She also collaborated with other departments in the areas of civil litigation and commercial law.

Francesca is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a committee member of BILA, (the British Italian Lawyers Association).  She was an active member of the European Law Students' Association (ELSA), organising conferences, seminars and student visits to the EU institutions. 

Francesca has written articles for both UK and Italian publications on the differences between UK and Italian laws of succession and has been invited to speak on such topics as cross-border inheritance issues and tax efficient estate planning.

In her spare time Francesca enjoys reading, cooking and the theatre. She is a keen traveller and likes to explore other European cultures.
